Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using Titan, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Service description
Titan is a multi-tenant ERP for multi-channel commerce. We provide the software and infrastructure; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you load and the decisions you make using it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Titan to violate any law, infringe rights, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form. On termination we will provide a reasonable export window before deletion.
