What we collect
Account identity (name, email, organization membership), the commerce data you upload or sync from connected integrations (products, orders, customers, shipments), and operational telemetry needed to keep the service running.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: rendering your dashboards, routing orders, syncing inventory, sending notifications you have configured, and meeting our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Sub-processors required to operate the service (cloud infrastructure, transactional email, error monitoring), and the connected integrations you explicitly authorize. We never sell customer data.
Your rights
